How is the ranking decided?Each neighbourhood gets its own personalized Hood Score based on the priorities and profile you set below. The neighbourhood with the highest score for your specific profile ranks first, with a written analysis explaining why.
Where does the data come from?Neighbourhood boundaries come from official municipal open-data sources. Scores, demographic figures, and written analysis are generated by an analytical model informed by public data and, where available, live web research — they're estimates for informational purposes, not official statistics, so always verify independently for major decisions.
How quickly will I receive my report?Most reports are delivered within 2–5 minutes of purchase, generated in real time and sent directly to the email address you provided.
Is my data kept private?Yes. Your personal data is never sold to third parties. It's used solely to personalize your report and — anonymously — to improve intelligence accuracy for all users. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Can I request a refund?Because reports are generated and delivered immediately, we don't offer refunds once a report has been sent. If you have a problem with your report, please contact us and we'll make it right.
