How is my Hood Score calculated?Your Hood Score is calculated by weighting the neighbourhood's scores across 15 dimensions against the priorities you set in the form. If you rate schools as a 9 and nightlife as a 2, the score reflects that — it's personalized to your life, not a generic average.
Where does the data come from?Neighbourhood boundaries come from official municipal open-data sources. Scores, demographic figures, and written analysis are generated by an analytical model informed by public data and, where available, live web research — they're estimates for informational purposes, not official statistics, so always verify independently for major decisions.
How quickly will I receive my report?Most reports are delivered within 2–5 minutes of purchase, generated in real time and sent directly to the email address you provided.
